A new Mexican revolution will take place in Las Vegas with the debut of La Salsa
Fresh Mexican Grill. The new quick-casual restaurant, which prides itself in serving flavorful Mexican
dishes that feature fresh, high-quality ingredients, will make its debut in the
Santa Fe Casino's food court (4949 North Rancho Road, in North Las Vegas) in
early July. According to Nevada Franchise LLC President Lawrence T. Simon, who owns and operates the new
restaurant, La Salsa has earned a sterling reputation in the dining industry
for its steadfast dedication to using only the freshest ingredients and
ensuring that all menu items are made fresh to order.
"We're delighted to be sharing this exciting dining concept with the residents of Las
Vegas," remarked Simon, who revealed that La Salsa maintains a policy of using
neither lard, canned ingredients nor microwave ovens. "While Mexican food has proven to be a staple in the
American diet, La Salsa has started a revolution by serving only the freshest
