La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill® soon will debut its fourth restaurant in the community of Tucson in mid-January, announced company president Kevin Osborn. Scheduled to open its doors at 1021 North Wilmot Road, the new quick-service Mexican restaurant is the latest La Salsa location to open in the region operated by Bravo IV, LLC. According to Osborn, La Salsa has earned a sterling reputation in the dining industry for its steadfast dedication to using only the freshest ingredients and ensuring that all menu items are made fresh to order.

The new La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill® will feature a bright, energy filled atmosphere complete with a colorful tiled interior, large menu boards depicting several of the items, an exhibition-styled kitchen so that guests can view their food being prepared, a fresh salsa bar offering eight varieties of the traditional toppings, separate order and pick-up stations to alleviate lines and comfortable seating areas. Alfresco dining also will be available.

"While Mexican food has proven to be a staple in the American diet, La Salsa pioneered the concept of offering fresh, high-quality Mexican food served in a fast-casual atmosphere," remarked Ron Yaeli, president of Bravo IV, LLC, who revealed that the new restaurant will maintain a policy of not using lard, canned ingredients nor microwave ovens to prepare orders. "Modeled after Mexico's lively taquerias, our motto at La Salsa is 'always fresh, always fun.'"
