LA SALSA FRESH MEXICAN GRILL® TO DEBUT CARNITAS GUADALAJARA™ TACOS
 One of Mexico’s popular meat dishes, pork carnitas, will be introduced by La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill® in their new Carnitas Guadalajara™ Tacos in mid-October. Carnitas, meaning “little meats” in Spanish, has long been a mainstay in Mexican cooking thanks, in large part, to its full-bodied flavor profile. La Salsa will be adding pork carnitas with another unique flavor combination in its newest taco. The bold flavored tacos combine marinated, slow-cooked pork carnitas with three-pepper fajita veggies, a signature Ancho-Chile sauce, and a blend of cheeses, all wrapped in corn tortillas. The new Carnitas Guadalajara Tacos will be available at participating locations with a recommended retail price of $5.10.

We have no doubt that the new Carnitas Guadalajara Tacos will become a popular favorite among our guests.”
Siddiqi said that, in conjunction with the introduction of the new tacos, guests will have the option of substituting carnitas for grilled steak, chicken and seafood on any of La Salsa’s menu offerings.
