About the Assistant Manager Position:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in maintaining a profitable and safe operation of the facility. The Assistant Manager will ensure that the business is running efficiently in the manager's absence.

Qualified Individuals will assist with daily operations, food cost control and training of staff members. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, people-oriented and look forward to the future challenges of a General Manager's position and beyond.

About the Shift Leader Position:
The Shift Leader is responsible for all restaurant activities while on duty, in the absence of the GM and AM. The shift leader works with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all activities are consistent with and supportive of the restaurant's business plan. The shift leader ensures all crew persons are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job description.
