The Royalty Fee is equal to 5% of the Gross

The average current target unit size for a La Salsa
Restaurant location is approx. 1,800 sq. ft.
Term of
Franchise Agreement:
The initial term for a La Salsa Franchise Agreement
is 10 years, plus renewal.
Franchise
Training:
The initial training period provided to a new
La Salsa Franchisee is 6 to 8 weeks.
Minimum
Financing Requirements:
The minimum financial requirements for each La Salsa
Restaurant is $200,000 Liquid and $1,000,000 in total Net Worth (per unit).
Target
Sites:
Traditional La Salsa units are located in high
visibility strip centers and end-cap positions with a mix of daytime, evening and weekend
business supported by target demographics and traffic generators. Non-Traditional sites
include upscale retail centers, universities, airports, military and special environment locations.
